- Haulier TMS has a document management application
that handles scanned images of the Proof-Of-Delivery paperwork.
- Images can be brought up into a tagging screen
that allow the user to link to information store in
Haulier databases.
- Unique information, for example: POD Reference
Numbers, can be entered against the document and this automatically
updates the job records.
- Different document types can be used to
identify PODs, letters, faxes and even computer documents.
- All
documents are tracked so they can never be lost, misplaced
or forgotten and are moved into an electronic filing cabinet
for storage.
- Documents can be archived onto CD for off-line
storage enabling the user to set up a CD library of historical
records.
