1. Language

We can only contract with you in English. All contracts assume your acceptance of our terms and conditions of business.

2. Contracts

All contracts between yourself and CBS are written. Please contact us by telephone if you wish copies of any contracts currently agreed between us. Products and services provided are subject to the agreed written contracts.

We do not file copies of contracts online so you should retain copies of your contracts and any additional paperwork regarding special terms and conditions. All contracts issues by CBS are only valid if signed by an authorised representative.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

You acknowledge the copyright and any other intellectual property rights for Products and Services supplied by CBS.

You may not transfer software licenses or give access to the software to any other third party without written authorisation from CBS.

CBS is not responsible for any customisation made by third parties or yourself that may affect the operation of products or infringe intellectual property rights.

4. Liability

In no event will CBS be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. CBS has no liability for any programs or data stored or used with the Haulier Software

5. Cancellation

Contracts can be cancelled at any time by either party with written confirmation.

Please contact us by telephone if you wish cancel of any contracts. To cancel a contract a written request must be received by CBS and signed by an authorised representative of your company.

6. Changes

We reserve the right to make changes without notice to our website, terms of use and privacy policy in the interests of good business or to improve the design or functionality.

Prices for products and services are at the sole descression of CBS and we reserve the right to change the prices at any time subject to notifcation in writting to yourself.

7. Prices

All prices are normally quoted without VAT in a suitable currency for the customer.

VAT is normally added separately on Quotes and Invoices and will reflect the rate of the customer country of origin.

If payment is not made on the due date then CBS reserves the right to cancel or suspend all services to the customer. If appropriate, we will exercise our legal right to debt recovery for outstanding balances and any costs incurred in the recovery of the payments. We reserve the right to claim interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
